关节镜手术结合参蓉健腰酒治疗膝骨性关节炎68例临床研究

Research on treating 68 cases of knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopic surgery plus the Shenrong Jianyao liquor

目的:对比观察关节镜手术联合参蓉健腰酒治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将通过临床中、西医诊断标准筛选后的肝肾亏虚、血脉不利型膝骨关节炎患者68例随机分为两组,每组各34例,治疗组给予关节镜手术联合参蓉健腰酒;对照组单用关节镜手术。治疗8周后,采用膝关节评分、膝关节压痛点VAS评分进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组患者膝关节评分、VAS评分与对照组比较有明显下降;治疗组患者总有效率大于92%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:关节镜手术配合参蓉健腰酒在临床中可取得满意疗效。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery plus the Shenrong Jianyao liquor on knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases for each. The treatment group was given arthroscopic surgery plusthe Shenrong Jianyao liquor; and the control group was given arthroscopic surgery simply. In 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy was evaluatedby Knee score and Knee tenderness VAS score. Results： Knee score and Knee tenderness VAS score in the treatment group were decreasedmore; the total efficiency in the treatment group was more than 92%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Arthroscopic surgery plus the Shenrong Jianyao liquor on knee osteoarthritis shows a good efficacy.
