基于卵巢早衰中医证型与临床治疗方法研究

Research on clinical treatment and TCM syndrome of premature ovarian failure

目的:分析卵巢早衰中医证型及其临床治疗方法与效果。方法:将我院接诊的卵巢早衰45例作为研究对象,根据中医证型分为肾阳虚弱型、肝郁肾虚型、血虚火旺型,均予以对症治疗。观察记录患者治疗前后促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E2)及月经恢复等情况,并对比分析。结果:45例患者经中医分型辨证论治后,临床症状与体征基本消失,而且月经恢复正常,治疗后E2、FSH与LH水平有显著改善,与治疗前相比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型论治卵巢早衰疗效显著,可明显改善E2、FSH与LH水平,促使月经恢复正常,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the TCM premature ovarian failure and clinical treatment methods. Methods： 45 cases of prematureovarian failure as research subjects, according to TCM syndrome received different treatment. Before and after treatment, FSH, LH, andE2 were recorded. Results： 45 patients after TCM treatment, clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, and normal menstruation got well;after treatment E2, FSH and LH levels were significantly improved than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment for premature ovarianfailure can achieve good results, significantly improved E2, FSH and LH levels, promote normal menstruation.
