老年性高血压加味血府逐瘀汤的临床应用治疗效果分析

An effective analysis of treating senile hypertension with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:探讨加味血府逐瘀汤治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将100例老年性高血压患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例,对照组患者应用常规降压药,研究组患者在此基础上加用加味血府逐瘀汤,比较两组患者的血压控制效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的SBP、DBP水平均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组治疗后的SBP、DBP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的显效率、总有效率分别为26.0%、92.0%,显著高于对照组的12.0%、74.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗老年性高血压能有效提高血糖控制效果,且无不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on senile hypertension. Methods： 100 cases weredivided into the study group and control group, 50 cases in each. The control group received conventional hypotensor. The study group tookthe Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Results： After treatment, SBP and DBP were decreased significantly than before, and better in the study group.In the study group, the curing efficiency and total efficiency was 26.0% and 92.0% respectively, better than 12.0%, 74.0% in the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was effective on senile hypertension, with no adverse reaction, was safe andworthy of promotion.
