探讨分析采用中西医结合治疗脑外伤昏迷的治疗效果

Treating cerebral injury coma in the integrative medicine

目的:采用中西医结合的方法治疗脑外伤昏迷,并分析和探讨其应用于临床治疗的效果。方法:本次试验选取来我院就诊的96例脑外伤患者作为研究对象。按照随机的原则将其平均分为两组,即为试验组和对照组。分别采取不同的治疗方法对其进行治疗。对照组患者仅接受传统的西医治疗,试验组患者在西医治疗的基础上结合中医治疗,评价和比较两种治疗方案的临床治疗效果。结果:试验组患者良好率为70.83%,明显大于对照组的良好率(41.67%),其差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05),而两组患者的重残植物生存以及死亡总比率的差异也较明显,在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。试验组的清醒率为87.50%,明显高于对照组患者的58.33%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是两组患者的哥拉斯评分并没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合的方法治疗脑外伤昏迷的疗效确切,打破了常规西医的治疗方法,给脑外伤昏迷的治疗拓宽了思路,能使患者的神经以及意识得到更快地恢复,值得推广。

Objective To treat traumatic brain coma in the integrative medicine, and analyze and discuss the clinical effect. Methods：96 cases as research subjects were divided into two groups. The control group received only routine treatment; the test group got theintegrative medicine. Results： In the test group, the efficiency was 70.83%, significantly higher than 41.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）,and the differences of severe disability and survival efficiency are more obvious, and statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the test group thesobriety was 87.50%, significantly higher than 58.33% （P〈0.05）, but the Gozilla scores with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine for traumatic brain injury is better than routine therapy, with faster neurological recovery, and is worthy of furtherpromotion.
