中医治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效分析

Treating peptic ulcer in TCM

目的:研究采用中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床方法和疗效。方法:选取本院于2011年2月-2014年2月间收治的110例消化性溃疡患者,对其进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组采用西医方法进行治疗,观察组则采用中医方法治疗消化性溃疡,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果:经过本院的分组治疗,观察组的总有效率为96.36%,对照组的总有效率为85.45%;电话随访2个月之后,观察组的复发率为1.82%,对照组的复发率为14.55%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的随访复发率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:经过本院的分组治疗,采用中医方法治疗消化性溃疡其效果显著、复发率低,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To study clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on peptic ulcer. Methods： 110 patients with peptic ulcer wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases in each group; the control group took western medicinetreatment; the observation group took TCM treatment for peptic ulcer. Results： In the observation group total efficiency was 96.36%,better than 85.45%; with 2 months of telephone follow-up in the observation group the recurrence rate was 1.82%, less than 14.55%, withsignificant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment for peptic ulcer showed significant effects, with lower recurrence rate, wasworthy of clinical application and promotion.
