中医优质护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用分析

Application of TCM nursing in treating COPD

目的:探讨中医优质护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用。方法:采用回顾性分析临床护理资料的方法,选取2012年2月-2014年5月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例作为研究对象,对其进行中医优质护理,同时参考本地区同时期采用常规护理手段进行护理的慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例患者的临床资料作为对照,对比分析临床护理成效。结果:优质护理组患者有效治愈率为95.00%,死亡1例,常规护理组患者有效治愈率为76.67%,死亡4例,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医优质护理方式可有效提高疾病治愈率,降低死亡率,对疾病防治发挥积极作用,适于临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical function of TCM nursing on COPD. Methods： 60 cases of COPD were selected asresearch objects, and received TCM nursing, while other 60 COPD patients were included with normal nursing. Results： The efficiency inthe treatment group was 95.00%, better than 76.67% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing can effectively improve the efficiency and reducemortality, to play an active role in disease controlling.
