脑梗塞恢复期患者中医护理效果分析

Clinical efficacy of TCM nursing on patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence

目的:探讨中医护理在脑梗塞恢复期患者护理中的应用。方法:选择我院于2013年2月-2015年2月收治的89例脑梗塞恢复期患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为观察组(n=45例)与对照组(n=44例),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予中医特色护理及康复训练。结果:两组患者护理满意度比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者有效率比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗塞恢复期患者采用中医护理,不仅可有效提高临床疗效,促进患者病情康复,还可有效提高护理满意度和护理质量。

Objective To explore efficacy of TCM nursing on patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence. Methods：89 cases were divided into the observation group （45 cases） and control group （44 cases）. The control group took conventional nursing;the observation group received TCM nursing and rehabilitation training. Results： Nursing satisfaction and efficiency were better inthe observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing was effective on patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence, bypromoting recovery and improving nursing quality.
