中医护理在老年COPD中的应用分析

Application of TCM care for COPD in elderly patients

目的:探讨分析中医护理在老年COPD中的疗效及护理方法。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年5月我院收治的老年COPD患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组给予中药汤治疗和护理,对照组给予吗丁啉和维生素B1治疗,对比观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为98.33%,对照组患者治疗有效率为76.67%,两组疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤护理老年COPD具有显著疗效,配合优质化护理,可显著提高医疗服务水平和服务质量。

Objective To explore efficacy of TCM nursing on elderly COPD. Methods： 120 elderly COPD patients were randomlydivided into the observation group and control group; 60 cases in the observation group were given TCM decoction treatment and care.Results： The efficiency was 98.33% in the treatment group, better than 76.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM care forelderly COPD shows a significant effect, and can significantly improve the level of medical services and quality of service.
