摘要
目的:探讨综合干预治疗妊娠期梅毒的临床价值。方法:对所有患者实施规范治疗,出现硬下疳、扁平湿疣的妊娠期梅毒患者辅以龙胆泻肝汤坐浴熏蒸配合三仙丹研末与红霉素软膏1%拌匀湿敷辅助治疗。结果:通过综合干预,孕产妇梅毒患者妊娠结局及先天梅毒发生率较低。结论:综合干预治疗妊娠期梅毒效果较为显著。
Objective To investigate clinical value of the integrative medicine on syphilis in pregnancy. Methods： All patients weregiven conventional therapy; but the patients of syphilis in pregnancy with chancre and condyloma were treated with the Longdan Xiegandecoction plus steaming and washing, mixture of Sanxian Dan and Erythromycin ointment 1%. Results： The incidence of congenitalsyphilis is lower after comprehensive intervention. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on syphilis in pregnancy shows a significanteffect.
