探讨自体表皮移植配合中药汤剂治疗白癜风的效果,给予受皮区准备,表皮移植,患者术前、术中、术后有效的护理,帮助患者解除心理压力,进行心理、饮食、局部制动及提高自护能力的健康指导,以增加手术的有效率,达到预期效果。

Efficacy of autologous epidermal grafting plus TCM decoction on leukoderma was investigated. Patients were treated byautologous epidermal grafting and surgery nursing. Psychology, diet, local braking capacity and self-care ability were guided, in order toincrease efficacy.
