多发性硬化的中医药研究进展

A review on multiple sclerosis in TCM

多发性硬化的临床诊断标准虽然在2010年5月由多发性硬化诊断国际专家小组在爱尔兰首都都柏林进行了最新的修订,但关于其发病机制,西医认为主要与自身免疫系统缺陷、病毒感染、遗传易感性、环境等因素有关,病理改变是中枢神经系统白质内多发性脱髓鞘斑块,镜下观察斑块主要由炎性细胞浸润、星形胶质细胞反应性增生,水肿以及损伤的髓鞘碎片组成,多位于侧脑室周围,伴反应性胶质增生,轴突损伤。但中医对于多发性硬化的病因病机及其治疗各有认识,尚不能达成共识,给该病的研究进展带来一定的困难。本文以中医基础理论为依据,对近年来中医在病因病机、辨证用药诊治方面取得的成果进行简要综述,以期对该病有所帮助。

Multiple sclerosis is an inflammatory demyelinating disease of central nervous system, with younger trend in recent years.Although no designation of multiple sclerosis disease in TCM, clinical practice and basic experiments proved that TCM can improve thesymptoms of multiple sclerosis, to relieve pain, reduce the recurrence rate, relieve the side effects of western medicine, delay the progressof the disease. Due to the pathogenesis and treatment for multiple sclerosis in TCM is still unable to reach a consensus, which bringscertain difficulty to the research the disease. In this paper, based on the basic theory of TCM, aspects of the name of disease, etiology andpathogenesis, syndrome differentiation were explored to briefly review achievements of diagnosis and treatment of drug, in order to providecertain theoretical basis for the disease.
