高血压病中医辨证与经颅多普勒超声关系初探

Research on relationship between TCM syndromes of hypertension and transcranial doppler

目的:探讨高血压病中医辨证与经颅多普勒超声检查结果的相关性。方法:对158例高血压病患者进行证候诊断,收集其TCD检查结果。对TCD检测结果与中医证型的关系进行分析。结果:高血压病的四种中医证型中肝火亢盛证48例、痰湿壅盛证46例、阴虚阳亢证34例、阴阳两虚证30例。高血压病各中医证型的颈内动脉系统和椎基底动脉系统血管血流流速之间,尤其是虚证和实证之间,存在着显著性差异。结论:TCD检测可在一定程度上为高血压病中医辨证分型提供客观依据。

Objective To investigate relationship between TCM syndromes of hypertension and transcranial doppler. Methods： 158cases of hypertension were diagnosed according to syndrome differentiation, and checked by transcranial doppler. The relationship betweenTCM syndromes of hypertension and transcranial doppler was analyzed. Results： There are 48 cases of the Ganhuo Kangsheng type, 46cases of the Tanshi Yongsheng type, 34 cases of the Yinxu Yangkang type and 30 cases of the Yinyang Liangxu in TCM syndromes ofhypertension. In TCM syndromes of hypertension, there are significant differences between internal carotid artery and blood flow velocityin vertebrobasilar, especially between Xu and Shi. Conclusion： Transcranial doppler could provide objective basis for TCM syndromedifferentiation of hypertension.
