针灸联合双手按压治疗耳源性眩晕患者的疗效评价

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus pressing on aural vertigo

目的:探讨针灸联合双手按压治疗耳源性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年11月-2013年11月收治的90例耳源性眩晕患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各45例。治疗组采用针灸联合双手按压治疗耳源性眩晕,对照组采用针灸治疗耳源性眩晕。对90例患者持续治疗3个疗程,进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组的痊愈率、基本好转率、无效率、总有效率与对照组相比,具有显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合双手按压治疗耳源性眩晕能明显改善患者的病症,安全可靠并且疗效准确,值得推广应用于临床。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus pressing on aural vertigo. Methods： 90 cases were dividedinto the treatment group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group took acupuncture. The treatment group receivedpressing more, for 3 courses. Results： In the treatment group, the curing efficiency, a little efficiency and total efficiency were better （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture plus pressing was effective on aural vertigo, with safety, and is worthy of promotion.
