Determination of ferulic acid in the Guishao Sanjie capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定归芍散结胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法.方法：采用HPLC 法,色谱柱：Kromasil C18,（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈- 0.085% 磷酸溶液（17∶83）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长316nm,柱温35℃.结果：阿魏酸进样量在0.012 ～ 0.240μg 范围内进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.83%（n = 5）.结论：该方法操作简单,可作为归芍散结胶囊的控制指标之一.

Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in the Guishao Sanjie capsules. Methods：Chromatographic column was （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, produced by Kromasil. An eluted column with a mobile phase of acetonitrilecontaining - 0.085% phosphoric acid solution was carried out. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and column temperature was 30℃ . The detectionwavelength was set at 316nm. Results： Ferulic acid amount is 0.012 ~ 0.240μg, and showed a good linear relationship with peak areavalues; related coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.83% （n=5）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can beapplied for the quality control standards for the Guishao Sanjie capsules.
