化瘀宁肠愈疡方灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清相关因子含量的影响

The influence of the Huayu Ningchang Yuyang prescription as an enema on serum content related factors of ulcerative colitis patients

目的:探讨化瘀宁肠愈疡方灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成对照组30例、治疗组30例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上同时应用化瘀宁肠愈疡方灌肠,治疗4周后,观察临床疗效,并检测治疗前后患者血清中IL-4、IL-8的含量。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者血清IL-8显著降低,且IL-4的水平升高。结论:行气活血化瘀法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,有调节溃疡性结肠炎患者血清细胞因子的作用,可能是本病的治疗机制之一。

Objective To discuss the influence of the Huayu Ningchang Yuyang prescription as an enema on serum content relatedfactors of ulcerative colitis patients. Methods： 60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into the control group of 30cases, the treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was given Mesalazin enteric-coated tablets for oral administration. The treatmentgroup was given the Huayu Ningchang Yuyang prescription as an enema more. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect was observedand IL-4 and IL-8 of patients’ serum were detected. Results： Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. The level ofserum IL-8 in the treatment group was lower. On the contrary, the level of IL-4 was increased. Conclusion： The method of promotingQi activity and invigorating the circulation of blood showed remarkable clinical efficacy for treating ulcerative colitis. The regulation ofcytokines could be the mechanisms of the disease treatment for ulcerative colitis.
