中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心衰疗效观察

Effective observation on treating chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine

目的:探究中西医结合在慢性充血性心力衰竭中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年8月-2014年8月在我院心内科进行治疗的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者138例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者采用倍他乐克进行药物口服治疗,治疗组患者则在采用倍他乐克治疗的同时结合益气解毒、利水养阴的中药进行治疗。比较两组患者的心功指标改变情况、临床治疗效果及其不良反应发生情况。结果:不同的药物治疗结果显示,治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率为85.5%,对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为63.8%,治疗组明显高于对照组;患者治疗后的心功指标有显著改善,同时治疗组心功改善情况明显优于对照组,其差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的药物服用不良反应明显低于对照组,其差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗中,采用中西医结合治疗具有显著的临床效果,同时降低服用药物的不良反应发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods： 138patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group receivedBetaloc orally. The treatment group was given TCM medicine of Yiqi Jiedu, Lishui Yangyin more. Results： The total efficiency in thetreatment group was 85.5%, and in the control group was 63.8%; the treatment group was obviously higher. Cardiac function indexes ofpatients in groups were improved significantly, and the treatment group was much better, P〈0.05. Adverse reactions in the treatment groupwere obviously lower, with a significantly statistical difference. Conclusion： Treating chronic congestive heart failure in the integrativemedicine showed obvious clinical effects, could decreased adverse reaction, and was worthy of promotion.
