补肾调冲汤联合西药治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating anovulatory infertility with the Bushen Tiaochong decoction plus western medicine

目的:观察自拟补肾调冲汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬(CC,Clomiphene Citrate)治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床治疗效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组60例与对照组60例。观察组在临床治疗时口服药物枸橼酸氯米芬和补肾调冲汤,对照组在临床治疗时口服枸橼酸氯米芬。一个月经周期为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,观察临床疗效(排卵率、妊娠率、流产率、活产率)情况。结果:两组患者治疗结束后,将其治疗效果进行对比。观察组患者总有效率、排卵率、妊娠率、流产率、活产率与对照组患者相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调冲汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬应用到临床对排卵障碍性不孕症的治疗中,具有提高排卵率、妊娠率,活产率,降低流产率的作用,而且患者在用药期间不良反应较轻,安全可靠,是治疗排卵障碍性不孕症较为理想的方法之一。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Bushen Tiaochong decoction plus CC on anovulatory infertility. Methods：120 cases were divided into the control group and observed group, 60 cases in each group. The control group took CC; the observed grouptook the Bushen Tiaochong decoction more, a menstrual cycle as 1 course, for 3 courses. Results： In the observed group, the total efficacy,the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate and live births were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating anovulatoryinfertility with the Bushen Tiaochong decoction plus CC can promote ovulation, increase pregnancy and live births, and decreasespontaneous abortion, with fewer adverse reactions and safety.
