摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤的中医治疗方法。方法:选取于2012年1月1日-2013年1月1日我县两所县级医院病房和门诊确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者,根据临床表现及医师辨证,分析其辨治规律。结果:通过分析,发现恶性肿瘤可分为肝失疏泄期、正气消散期、正气衰竭期,且肝气不畅的表现贯穿始终。结论:通过对恶性肿瘤的分期,证实了"从肝论治"恶性肿瘤的治疗思路。
Objective To investigate the treatment methods of TCM in different clinical stages of tumors. Methods： From January 1,2012 to January 1, 2013, patients with tumors from two hospitals in our county were selected, and rules of treatment were analyzed basedon clinical manifestations and diagnose. Results： In conclusion, there are three stages in a course of disease, including Ganshi Shuxie,Zhengqi Xiaosan and Zhengqi Shuaijie, and Ganqi Buchang in each stage. Conclusion： Based on the principles of cancer staging TCMtreatment, treating malignant tumor from liver were confirmed.
