熄风通络化痰汤治疗急性缺血性中风临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Xifeng Tongluo Huatan decoction on acute ischemic stroke

目的:观察熄风通络化痰汤治疗急性缺血性中风临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年3月期间我院收治的84例急性缺血性中风患者,按照数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=44),对照组患者采取常规的西药治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合应用熄风通络化痰汤,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,对照组患者的总有效率(80%)低于治疗组患者的总有效率(95%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。在治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后,治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:熄风通络化痰汤治疗急性缺血性中风效果明显,能有效改善患者的神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Xifeng Tongluo Huatan decoction on acute ischemic stroke. Methods： 84cases were divided into the control group （40 cases） and treatment group （44 cases）. The control group received conventional westernmedicine; the treatment group took the Xifeng Tongluo Huatan decoction. Results： The total efficiency of 80% in the control groupwas lower than 95% in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, NIHSS and ADL were better in the treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Xifeng Tongluo Huatan decoction was effective on acute ischemic stroke, by improving ability of daily life, and is worthyof promotion.
