柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胃痛37例

Treating 37 cases of gastralgia with Chaihu Shugan San

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胃痛的效果。方法:选择74例胃痛患者,随机分为两组,对照组37例,予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊口服,根据具体情况加用阿莫西林胶囊口服;观察组37例,在对照组的治疗基础上予柴胡疏肝散加减。结果:两组总有效率相比较,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胃痛效果显著。

Objective To observe clinical effects of Chaihu Shugan San on gastralgia. Methods： 74 patients were randomly dividedinto two groups. 37 cases in the control group received Omeprazole capsules and amoxicillin capsules according to specific circumstances.37 cases in the observed group were given Chaihu Shugan San more. Results： The total efficiency in the observed group was much better,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan San was significantly effective on gastralgia.
