中药配合骨牵引应用于42例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的可行性

Feasibility of treating 42 cases of elderly intertrochanteric fracture with TCM medicine plus traction

目的:探讨应用中药配合骨牵引方式对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选择2013年4月-2014年7月在我院接受治疗的42例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为观察组、对照组各21例。对照组给予骨牵引,观察组给予中药配合骨牵引,并对治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组治疗优良率明显高于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:应用中药配合骨牵引方式对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行治疗可取得更为确切的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of TCM medicine plus traction on elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods： 42 patients were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, 21 cases in each group. The controlgroup was given traction. The observed group was treated with TCM medicine plus traction. Results： The efficiency in the observedgroup was obviously higher, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus traction waseffective on elderly intertrochanteric fracture.
