摘要
目的:观察中医辨证施护综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将110例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规护理及治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行中医辨证施护干预,治疗后评价其疗效差异有无统计学意义。结果:两组均能改善膝关节骨性关节炎的临床症状,治疗组优于常规护理组。结论:在综合治疗基础上进行中医辨证施护干预可提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe clinical effects of TCM dialectical nursing on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 110 patients wererandomly divided into two groups; the control group was given conventional nursing and treatment; the treatment group was given TCMdialectical nursing more. Clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： Compared with conventional nursing, TCM dialectical nursing couldobviously improve clinical syndromes of knee osteoarthritis. Conclusion： TCM dialectical nursing could obviously improve clinical effects.
