高瓦斯矿井瓦排巷墩柱式支护技术研究

摘要 高瓦斯矿井综采工作面的瓦排巷二次支护采用木垛支护,存在承载力低、巷道变形严重、通风效果差等一系列问题,针对这些问题提出采用聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)混凝土墩柱式巷道支护技术,并在余吾煤业N2202工作面的外错瓦排巷进行了工业现场试验。结果表明采用墩柱式支护的巷道顶底板移近量较小,巷道围岩变形小,支护效果明显强于木垛支护;墩柱式支护具有重量轻、承载力大、抗压强度大的特性,且其耐久性和耐燃性都强于木垛支护。介绍了墩柱的结构、材料、抗压性能及应用效果。 Currently,wood cribs were used for the secondary support of gas discharge laneway in fully mechanized working face of high gas mine,but their bearing capacity was low,the roadway deformation was serious and the ventilation effect was bad.Aiming at these problems,the roadway supporting technology of concrete pier with expandable polystyrene foam was put forward,and the industrial field test was carried out in outward located gas discharge laneway of N2202 working face of Yuwu Coal Mine.The results showed that the displacement between roof and floor in pier column supporting roadway was less,the surrounding rock deformation was little,and the supporting effect was obviously better than wood crib supporting.The pier column supporting method had light weight,large bearing capacity and big compressive strength,and its durability and flame resistance were stronger than wood crib supporting.Besides,the structure,compressive property and application effects of pier column were introduced.
