行为安全管理在煤矿安全生产管理中的应用研究

The application of behavior safety management in the safety production management of coal mine

运用ABC(activator,behavior,consequences)分析法,采用自行编制的ABC问卷在山西潞安集团王庄煤矿现场采集矿工作业行为信息,对矿工不安全行为进行分析,根据ABC分析结果制定BBS(behavior based safety)行为安全管理,在王庄煤矿进行为期12周的管理实施试验,并编制针对不同工种的安全行为规范。结果表明,三违率降低10.2%,人为隐患下降13.3%,煤矿员工工伤率下降20%以上,安全行为控制改进程度提高了10.2%,设备维修率降低13.7%。说明煤矿安全ABC分析及BBS管理能够为行为安全提供有效保障。

Using the ABC（A is activator,B is behavior and C is consequences） analysis method,the miner＇s working behavior information in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,Shanxi Lu＇an group was collected on site by adopting self-designed ABC questionnaire,and then the unsafe behaviors of coal miner were analyzed.According to the consequence of ABC analysis method,the behavior safety management,which is called BBS（behavior based safety）,was developed and applied in the Wangzhuang Coal Mine for 12 weeks,and then the safety behavior norms for different works were made out.The results show that the rate of ＂three violation＂（violation of operation,violation of command and violation of working discipline） reduces by 10.2%,the artificial hidden danger drops by 13.3%,the rate of injury incurred while working in coal mine decreases by above 20%,the improved degree of safety behavior control increases by 10.2%,and the rate of equipment maintenance decreases by 13.7%,which show that ABC analysis and BBS management of coal mine safety can provides effective ensure for behavior safety.
