摘要
目的:观察喉癌手术患者实施健康教育的效果。方法选取2013年2月-2015年2月收治入院进行治疗的70例喉癌患者为观察对象,根据采用的护理措施不同分为健康教育组和常规组,每组35例。常规组采用常规护理方法,健康教育组在常规组护理方法的基础上给予健康教育,比较2组患者护理后的功能状态评分(KPS)和体力状况评分(ECOG)以及生活质量评分。结果:护理后2组患者KPS评分均有所提高,且健康教育组KPS评分为(87.12±4.37)分,高于常规组的(79.75±8.62)分,差异有显著性(P<0.05);护理后健康教育组ECOG评分为(1.13±0.26)分,低于常规组的(2.01±0.32)分,差异无显著性(P>0.05);健康教育组生活质量评分为(89.15±16.27)分,高于常规组的(76.68±15.34)分,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:规范的健康教育对喉癌术后患者生活质量的提高有显著意义,有助于患者早日回归社会。
Objective: To study the effect of the implementation of health education in patients with laryngeal cancer surgery. Methods: 70 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were selected as the research objects who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. The cases were further divided into a health education group and a routine group according to different nursing measures,35 cases in each. The routine group was educated with the conventional nursing methods,while the health education group was added with health education. KPS and ECOG scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups of patients after nursing. Results: After nursing the KPS scores improved in both groups,and health education group's KPS scores( 87. 12 ± 4. 37) were higher than those of the routine group( 79. 75 ± 8. 62,P〈0. 05). The ECOG scores of the health education group( 1. 13 ± 0. 26) were lower than the routine group( 2. 01 ± 0. 32,P〈0. 05). The quality of life scores in the health education group( 89. 15 ± 16. 27) were higher than those of the routine group( 76. 68 ± 15. 34,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Standardization in the health education is of great significance for promoting the quality of life of postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer. It may help patients return to society as soon as possible. It is worth clinical application and promotion.
