摘要
利用轮齿接触分析(TCA)和轮齿承载接触分析(LTCA)对直齿轮副进行了啮合仿真。在此基础上,结合弹性理论,计算了各啮合点上的接触应力。利用有限元应力影响矩阵法分析了齿根应力分布变化过程。根据LTCA的计算结果,提出了一种齿轮寿命近似计算方法,估算了直齿轮副的寿命。最后,基于MATLAB语言开发了直齿轮齿面啮合分析与修形设计软件。
Through tooth contact analysis( TCA) and loaded tooth contact analysis( LTCA),the meshing process of spur gear pair is simulated. Based on this,combining with the elasticity theory,the contact stress on each meshing point are calculated. On the basis of the stress effect matrix of the finite element method,the bending stress states at the tooth root are analyzed. According to the calculation results of LTCA,an approximate calculation method of spur gear is proposed,the life of spur gear pair is calculated. Finally,a software of meshing analysis and modification designing of spur gear tooth flank is developed based on the MATLAB language.
