摘要
针对套筒联轴器拆卸时被连接轴需作轴向移动,维修不便的问题,运用TRIZ理论和方法,分析了套筒联轴器存在的技术矛盾,构建了矛盾矩阵表,在表中给出的发明原理中,选用分割原理、局部质量原理和预先作用原理对套筒联轴器进行了改进设计;通过强度计算给出了合理的设计参数,通过有限元分析验证了结构设计的合理性;改进后的套筒联轴器具有定位准确、连接可靠、结构简单等优点,扩大了其应用范围。
In order to solve the inconvenience caused by the connected axial movement for disassembly of sleeve coupling,the technology conflicts are analyzed by using the theory of TRIZ,and then the conflicts matrix form is constructed. An improved design of sleeve coupling is carried out by employing the principles of segment,local conditions and prior action as well. The reasonable parameters are given by means of strength calculation,and the rationality of structure design is verified by finite element analysis. The new sleeve coupling is featured with accurate location,reliable connection and simple structure,which is hoped to expand its application.
