摘要
研究了离合器压盘在不同工况下滑摩时压盘不同厚度的温升特性。首先根据AMT离合器压盘的结构参数,建立了离合器压盘的三维模型;然后分析了其温升变化的影响因素,由压盘的工作环境,确定了压盘的所有热边界条件;最后利用ANSYS分析软件对离合器压盘进行了有限元热分析,分析了不同工况下对压盘轴向不同厚度上温度的变化,得到了不同工况下压盘不同厚度的温升曲线。研究结果可为AMT离合器的结构优化以及离合器使用控制策略提供很好的参考。
The AMT clutch pressure plate temperature rise characteristics with different thickness of pressure plate under different working environments are studied. Firstly,the 3D model of clutch pressure plate is established based on the structural parameter of clutch. Then,the influence factor of the temperature rise variation is analyzed,and according to the clutch pressure plate working environment,the thermal boundary condition is determined. Lastly,by using the ANSYS,the clutch pressure plate finite element thermal analysis is carried out,and the temperature rise curves of different thickness of pressure plate under different working condition are got. A good reference for the structural optimum of AMT clutch and the using control policy of clutch can be provided by the research result.
