基于虚拟仪器的内平动齿轮减速器振动测试与分析

Vibration Test and Analysis of the Internal Parallel Move Gear Reducer based on Virtual Instrument

摘要 针对内平动齿轮减速器的振动测试问题,提出了基于虚拟仪器的内平动齿轮减速器振动测试与分析系统,通过测试试验验证了该系统的可行性和正确性。测试结果表明:各测点处的振动幅值与转速成正比;在同等转速不同负载情况下,最大振幅基本不变,但均方值有明显的增加;各工况下的振动信号均是以输入轴齿轮与分流齿轮的啮合频率的各倍频为主振频率、以工频的3倍频为间隔;减速器在X轴和Y轴方向的振动规律大致相同,不同点产生的原因是X、Y方向上的结构分布不同。 For the vibration test problem of internal parallel move gears reducer,the vibration test and analysis system of internal parallel moving gear reducer based on virtual instrument is proposed,through the test,the feasibility and correctness of the system are verified. The test results show that,the vibration amplitude of measuring points is proportional to the speed. Under the same speed in different load situation,the maximum amplitude is basic not variable,but the quadratic mean is obviously of increased. Under all conditions,the vibration signal is all taking the times frequency of the entered axis gear and shunt gear meshing frequency as mainly vibration frequency,and taking the 3 times frequency of power frequency as the intervals. The vibration rules of the reducer at X axis and Y axis direction are roughly to be the same,the cause of differences is the different of the structure distribution of X,Y direction.
