摘要
在设计阶段建立了齿轮箱体三维模型,并基于ANSYS软件进行了有限元分析,重点分析了机车正常运行情况下的8种工况;并运用Goodman曲线得出,箱体上各个节点的应力都在Goodman曲线范围以内,表明齿轮箱体满足结构强度要求,验证了箱体结构设计的合理性。
The 3D model of gearbox casing is built in design stage,and the FEA( Finite Element Analysis) is carried out based on the ANSYS Software,the eight kinds of working conditions of locomotive runs normally are especially analyzed. Comparing with the Goodman curve,the stress of every point of gearbox model is within the Goodman curve. It is indicates that the gearbox casing meets the structural strength requirement,the rationality of structure design for the gearbox is confirmed.
