摘要
采用集中质量法建立了某航空发动机传动系统的简化分析模型,并根据模型推导了系统的动力学方程,采用轴单元分析法对系统的固有模态进行分析,先后计算了系统中单根转子的固有模态和系统的耦合模态,通过对两种模态进行对比,发现耦合传动系统除了单轴模态和以某一单轴模态为主的弯扭耦合模态外,还派生出新的对齿轮耦合作用非常敏感的弯扭耦合模态。应用Campbell图分析了不同工作转速下转子的固有频率,为系统共振分析提供了依据。
A simplified analysis model of aeroengines transmission system is established by using the concentrated mass method,and the dynamics equations of the transmission system are deduced according to this model. The nature modal of the system is analyzed by using the shaft element method. The nature modal of rotor system and the coupled modal of the system are calculated. Through the comparison of the two kinds of modal,it is found that the coupling transmission system contains not only the single axial modal and bending- torsiona- coupled modal dominated by a single axis,but also derived new bending- torsiona- coupled modal which is very sensitive to the gear coupling. The natural frequency of the rotor under different operating speeds is analyzed by using the Campbell diagram,which provides the basis for the analysis of the resonance characteristic of the system.
