摘要
针对自动变速器液压,机械故障难以诊断的问题,提出基于故障逻辑分析仿真的支持向量机故障诊断方法,建立故障逻辑分析模型分析故障与故障现象之间的逻辑关系,并基于AMESim进行故障仿真分析,提供故障样本,以支持向量机对故障进行识别。这种方法为开发智能诊断系统提供了参考。
A new method based on logic mathematical fault analysis and support vector machine is provided for fault diagnosis of hydraulic and mechanical fault of automatic transmission( AT). The logic mathematical model of AT is established. Then,the logical relationship between fault and fault phenomena is analyzed. The fault simulation analysis is carried out based on AMESim,and the fault sample is provided,a fault identification based on support vector machine is carried out. The reference for developing the intelligent diagnosis system on fault diagnosis of automatic transmission is provided by this method.
