百令胶囊对46例老年稳定期COPD患者的疗效

Effect of Bailing capsule in the treatment of 46 cases of elderly patients with COPD in stable period

目的:探讨百令胶囊辅助治疗对老年稳定期COPD患者氧化应激及生活质量的影响。方法 :选取我院收治的COPD稳定期老年患者78例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=46)和对照组(n=32),对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊辅助治疗。评价两组治疗前及治疗8周后肺功能、氧化应激反应及生活质量的差异。结果 :治疗8周后,两组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平较治疗前明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)水平明显降低,治疗组变化幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)呼吸症状评分、活动能力评分、总分及对照组SGRQ总分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组SGRQ呼吸症状评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :百令胶囊辅助治疗可显著减缓老年稳定期COPD患者氧化应激,提高抗氧化能力,进而有效改善肺功能和生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Bailing capsule on the oxidative stress and quality of life in the treatment of elderly patients with COPD in stable period. Methods： Seventy-eight cases of elderly patients with COPD in stable period were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group （n=46） and a control group （n=32）. The control group was given a conventional therapy while the treatment group was additionally given Bailing capsule as adjuvant therapy besides the conventional therapy. The lung function, oxidative stress and quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment and compared between the two groups. Results： The FVC, FEV1 FEV1/FVC were significantly improved in both groups 8 weeks after treatment, and were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） were significantly increased and the levels of malondialdehyde （MDA） were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment. The change range of these indicators was more prominent in the treatment group thanin the control group （P〈0.05）. The respiratory symptoms score of SGRQ, activity score and total score in the treatment group and total score in the control group were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05） and the respiratory symptoms score of SGRQ and total score were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bailing capsule for the treatment of elderly patients with COPD in stable period COPD can significantly slow down oxidative stress, improve antioxidant capacity and furthermore improve lung function and life quality.
