论实现“国富”到“民富”的主要途径

The Main Way of Realization from "national wealth" to "the people rich"

从"国富"到"民富"是经济社会发展的必然,也是实现2020年国内生产总值城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番目标的具体要求。如何加快推动从"国富"到"民富"的战略转变,真正实现"藏富于民",是当前摆在全党和各级政府面前的一项重要任务。本文通过对"国富"与"民富"内涵及辩证关系的诠释,探讨实现"国富"到"民富"的主要途径,以期对全面建成小康社会、推进生态文明建设,最终实现共同富裕的战略目标,有所裨益。

The shift from ＂wealth of nations＂ to ＂wealth among people＂ is a natural outcome of economic development;it is also the requirement of the object of doubling the 2010 GDP and per capita income of urban and rural residents by 2020.How to accelerate the shift and truly realize the ＂possession of wealth among the people＂,is an important task facing the whole Party and all levels of government at the present time.By interpreting the connotation of ＂wealth of nations＂ and ＂wealth among the people＂,and their dialectical relationship,this paper discusses how to accelerate the shift and proposes some policies,so as to build the well-off society,promote ecological civilization construction,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and ultimately,the strategic goal of common prosperity.
