安全评价在我国山区高速公路运营期的应用研究

Application and Study of Safety Assessment in Operation Stage of Expressway in Mountainous Area in China

通过对我国山区高速公路运营期安全评价实施情况的系统总结,对适用于运营期的安全评价方法的优缺点进行了分析,提出了运营期安全评价的工作内容,根据实践经验概括了在用山区高速公路的主要安全隐患,运用预防为主的理念,重点从交通工程的角度提出了相应的安全完善建议,为安全评价在山区高速公路运营期的推广应用奠定了基础。

Through systematic summary on implementation of safety assessment on operation stage of expressway in mountainous area in China,the advantage and disadvantage of safety audit methods suitable for operation stage are analyzed.The jobs for safety audit at operation stage are determined,and major safety hazards for expressway in mountainous area are generalized based on practical experience.The corresponding safety countermeasures with the emphasis on the aspect of traffic engineering using the conception of prevention first are proposed in the paper.A good foundation for the spread application of safety audit to operation stage of expressway in mountainous area will be laid.
