基于浸水车辙试验的沥青混合料水稳定性和抗车辙能力的研究 被引量:7

Research on Water Stability Performance and Rut Resistance Performance of Asphalt Mixture Based on Immersion Rutting Test

摘要 混合料的水稳定性能一般由冻融劈裂强度和浸水马歇尔残留稳定度来评定,本试验采用浸水车辙试验来对其进行评定。试验采用基质沥青和SBS改性沥青及分别添加抗车辙剂L和T等4种沥青情况,制作AC-20和Sup-20两种骨料级配共8种沥青混合料。分别用浸水车辙、冻融劈裂和浸水马歇尔试验测定其水稳定性能并比较分析。试验结果显示:浸水车辙试件的动稳定度与浸水马歇尔试验残留稳定度和冻融劈裂试验劈裂强度比都存在比较好的相关性;浸水车辙试验的车辙深度与标准车辙试验的结果间有相关性;浸水车辙试验可以用来评价沥青混合料的水稳定性,同时也可以用于评价其抗车辙性能。 Generally the water stability performance of asphalt mixture is evaluated by the freeze-thaw splitting strength and residual stability of immersion Marshall,however in this paper it is evaluated by means of immersion rutting test.Using the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt and adding the antirutting agent L and T as four kinds of asphalts,and two kinds of aggregate gradations as AC-20 and Sup-20,a total of eight kinds of asphalt mixtures has been made in this test.Immersion rutting,freeze-thaw splitting and immersion Marshall tests are conducted to determine the water stability performance and comparative analysis is made.The results of the tests show that:the cleavage strength of freeze-thaw splitting tests and the residual stability of immersion Marshall tests have good correlations with the dynamic stability of immersion rutting specimens;there is a correlation between the rutting depth of immersion rutting tests and standard rutting tests;and immersion rutting tests can be used to evaluate the water stability of asphalt mixture,and at the same time it can also be used to evaluate the anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture.
