摘要 运动生理学实验教学作为对运动生理学理论知识的重要补充和延伸,为巩固学生的理论水平、提高学生动手能力和创新能力起着重要的作用。本文针对在运动生理学实验教学过程中遇到的问题提出了改革措施,旨在提高教学质量,完成教学目标。主要进行了教学内容的整合与教学方法的创新,完善了实验教学考核方式,并对改革效果进行了评定,发现学生参与实验课的积极主动性有所提高,科研和动手能力增强,实验教学氛围也有很大改善,较好完成运动生理学实验教学任务,实现了教学目标。 The experimental teaching which has been the supplement and extension of the knowledge of Sports Physiology is playing an important role in strengthening the theoretical level and improving the practical and creative ability of students. According to the main problems we have met in the process of sports physiology teaching,we have been trying to give some reform measures which have spread from the contents to the methods,for the purpose of improving the quality of experimental teaching and completing the goals of the course. We have found out that the students have the initiative in the experimental course and the creative and scientific research ability have been improved in great extent,as well as creating a good atmosphere in the classroom,to fulfill the teaching targets very well.
