摘要
技巧运动是由翻腾、抛接、平衡以及舞蹈等动力性、静力性动作组成,以徒手完成各种身体造型的体育运动竞赛项目,属于体操运动的一种。本研究选取技巧传统强队江苏技巧队混双运动员作为调查对象,对国内至今尚无组合使用的新动作踺子托抛360°直旋动作在初学阶段及熟练掌握阶段的完成情况进行生物力学分析;分析前后两次动作的技术数据,指出其空间运动特点,寻找出其存在的主要技术问题和差异;为技巧运动员改进和发展该类型动作提供理论依据和技术参考。
Sports acrobatics is composed of a somersault,juggling,balance and dance dynamic,static actions,complete the sports competition project of various body styling with bare hands. A belongs to the gymnastics. In this study,we analysis the biomechanical of execution in the stage of learning and mastering of mixed Arab spring supporting cast skills 360° straight screw technique which was no combination use in domestic,selected the skills of traditional teams Jiangsu skills doubles athletes as the subjects. We analysis the technical data before and after the two movements in order to pointed out the spatial characteristics of the movement,find out the existence of the main technical problems and differences. Provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the improvement and development of the type of skill.
