少儿羽毛球运动员基础训练方法的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:通过对少儿羽毛球运动员采取不同训练方式干预,探讨不同训练方式对少儿羽毛球运动员基础训练效果的影响,以期为当前少儿羽毛球运动员基础训练提供一定参考;方法:将12名少儿羽毛球专业运动员按1∶1分成实验组与对照组,以6个月为训练周期分别对实验组、对照组运动员进行完整性式、分解式训练,且对照度采用一般身体素质训练方法(主要为有氧跑、跳绳、专项跑),而实验组在运动强度及训练量基本一致的情况下穿插一定的小关节、小肌肉群力量、腰腹肌力量及灵活性、协调性的训练,实验开始前及每隔一月分别对两组运动员进行期身体素质指标和技术指标测试;结果:通过为期半年的训练后,无论是实验组或是对照组各项身体素质、技术指标较实验前都有一定程度的提高,但二者相同阶段各项身体素质指标及技术指标的提高程度却表现出了较大的差异(除1500米),尤其是实验后期;结论与建议:对于少儿羽毛球运动员基础训练,完整式训练方法可较传统的分解式训练方法表现出更好的训练效果,尤其是训练后期,少儿羽毛球运动员基础训练应以完整教学法为主、分解教学为辅;此外在少儿阶段运动员身体素质的训练应基础化、专项化、多样化,同时应准确把控训练强度、训练量,这对于运动员身体素质将起着至关重要的作用。 Objective: Through to take different training methods to intervene juvenile badminton athletes,investigate the effect of different training methods on the basis of juvenile badminton athletes,in order to provide a reference for the current basic training for juvenile badminton athletes. Method: The 12 children of professional athletes badminton divided into experimental and control groups,with six months of training cycles were experimental group and control group athletes integrity formula,factorization training,and control group use. The general fitness training methods( mainly aero-bic running,jumping rope,running special). The experimental group interspersed with some small joints,little muscles strength,waist and abdominal strength and flexibility,coordination training in the exercise intensity and amount of training consistent with the circumstances,Before the experiment began,and every other month,respectively,Two groups of athletes to be tested of physical indicators and technical indicators.Results: Through the six-month training,whether the experimental group or a control group the physical fitness and technical Specifications all had improved to some extent compared with before of experiment,but the same stage two of the physical indicators and improve the degree of technical indicators had shown a relatively large difference( except 1500 meters),in particular the late. experiment; Conclusions and recommendations: For the basic training for juvenile badminton athletes,complete style training methods can show better training effect than traditional training method of decomposition formula,especially in training late,so the basic training for juvenile badminton athletes should be based on integrated teaching method,supplemented by decomposition; In addition to the children's stage physical training should be the basis special,diversification,and should accurately control the intensity,training volume,which will play a crucial role of athletes' physical fitness.
