摘要
新入职教师作为高校师资队伍的新鲜血液和未来的生力军,其培养方向是否正确、政策是否到位、措施是否得力,关系到教师队伍能否平稳有序更迭,也关系到高校能否实现可持续发展的基本问题。本文从目前高校新入职教师培养存在的问题谈起,在进行原因分析的基础上思考高校新教师培养对策,并以中国人民大学新教师助教制度为例,探讨如何建设符合我国高等教育特点和实际需求的新教师培养体系。
Newly inducted teachers are a new blood in the university faculty,and therefore,the training for these new teachers is of great significance.It is essential to make sure that the training is conducted in the right direction with the training policy well implemented and measures efficiently taken,which is the key to the stable alternation of teaching personnel and the sustainable development of a university.This paper focuses on the training for new faculty in colleges and universities and aims to figure out a way to deal with its existing problems by analyzing the causes beneath.Taking a case study of Renmin University of China,the paper also explores how to construct a training system for new faculty that meets the practical needs as well as the characteristics of higher education in China.
