高校思想政治理论课是对当代大学生进行思想政治理论教育的重要途径,在目前环境下,思想政治理论课的授课教师是我国高校思想政治教育的主要实施者,我们基于当前高校思想政治理论课的发展状况,针对思政授课教师素质存在的问题,从不同的角度和不同的层次提出了优化授课教师素质的建议及途径,力争对进一步加强和改善高校的思想政治教育工作有所帮助。

Ideological and political classes are the main political educational way to university students.In the new circumstances,teachers are the main executors and power of the implementation of ideological and political education.This paper mainly analyzes the current teacher quality problems in university ideological and political education,aiming to propose optimizing modes from various views and points to better improve and enhance university ideological and political education.
