摘要
在中小学校长培训已经成为常态的今天,如何让培训真正达到应有的效果,成为校长成长的动力机制之一,却还需要认真研究。本文提出,中小学校长培训应由碎片化培训向一体化培训转变,让校长从参训前就明确自己的成长进程和发展目标,并对其中每一环节在整体培训中的地位和实现途径有一个清晰的把握,从而有效提高中小学校长参与培训的自觉性和主动性。
Nowadays,it has been normal for headmasters to attend periodic training.However,such fragmentary training has given them a little knowledge of their own development process and goals.The integrated training put forward in this paper will help headmasters have a clear idea of their own growth and development goals before attending the training,and have a clear grasp of every link with their status and implementation approaches in the whole training,thus effectively improving the consciousness and initiative of headmasters participating in training.
