从"八不净"戒法的出处、内容和制立缘由入手,将大乘佛教的持戒态度与"八不净"性质进行比较,分析"八不净"在《大般涅槃经》中或大乘涅槃系运动期间的特征,反映其在大乘戒律中的实际地位以及对中国佛教的影响,期望有益于大乘佛教的戒律研究。

Based on the research for situation of the eight impurities such as its derivation,substance and formulating reason,It compares the Mahayana Buddhism＇s attitude to observing precepts with the character of eight impurities. At same time,in order to manifest the status it has in the Mahayana Buddhism and the influence on Chinese Buddhism,this paper analyse the nature of eight impurities during the process of the Mahayana Nirvana movement or in the The Great Parinirvàa Sutra. In one word,It may be beneficial to the study on the The Precepts of Mahayana.
