Causes and Countermeasure of Severe Bleeding after TURP

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后严重出血的原因及处理方法,以提高TURP的安全性,降低非计划再次手术的发生率。方法回顾性分析2000-05—2013-12间1 668例实施TURP手术术后发生11例严重出血而再次手术止血的病例资料。结果 11例再出血患者经二次手术清除膀胱内血块,修整创面后均顺利恢复,随访3~6个月,均未再出现明显尿血。结论 TURP术后严重出血是非计划重返手术室手术止血的重要原因,规范做好围手术期各项操作是减少或避免二次手术的关键之一。

Objective To discuss the causes and processing methods of severe bleeding after TURP,to enhance the security of TURP and reduce the incidence of unscheduled reoperation. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 1668 cases of TURP from May 2000 to December2013,summarize data from 11 cases of severe postoperative bleeding,which underwent again operation. Results All 11 patients recovered smoothly after the second operation to clear bladder blood clot and trim wound surface,all patients followed up from 3 months to 6 months and obvious bleeding did not appear again. Conclusion Severe bleeding after TURP is the important reason for unscheduled again return to the operating room,timely and correct perioperative management is the key to reduce or avoid secondary operation.
