摘要 目的:研究维生素A对人工感染鸡毒支原体病脂质过氧化及抗氧化系统的影响,探讨维生素A辅助治疗鸡慢性呼吸道病的作用机制,并提出合理治疗剂量。方法:采用人工感染诱发鸡慢性呼吸道病建立病理模型,在对因治疗选择泰乐菌素的基础上,联合运用不同剂量的维生素A作为辅助治疗,观察支气管、肺组织病理变化,检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量指标。结果:药物治疗鸡慢性呼吸道病后,各治疗组气管、肺组织损伤都有不同程度减轻,以维生素A中、高剂量组改善最为明显;各治疗组SOD值、MDA值不同程度恢复,以维生素A中剂量组最为显著,与健康对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:维生素A可以通过抑制机体脂质过氧化反应,提高机体清除自由基能力的作用,保护呼吸系统免受过氧化物的损伤,加速肺受损组织修复,对鸡慢性呼吸道病起到良好的辅助治疗效果,以剂量为1 200 IU/kg饲料效果最佳。 To investigate the influence of Vitamin A on Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxidation System on chickens artificially induced by Mycoplasma-gallisepticum( MG),explore the possible mechanism pharmacodynamic action of Vitamin A and decide the rational therapeutical dose. Methods On the base of using the tylosin for conventional therepy,the chickens which had been infected by MG type strains were treated with different dose of Vitamin A for adjunctive therapy,The efficacy of Vitamin A was evaluated through the changes in trachea and lung and serum SOD,MDA in order to explore the possible mechanism pharmacodynamic action of Vitamin A. Results While after treatment with tylosin and Vitamin A,The lung tissue injury was relieved in different degree,Especially in the Vitamin A middle dose group and high dose group; SOD and MDA were recovered in different degree,Especially in the Vitamin A middle dose group,got close to the health group showly( P 〉0. 05). Conclusions Vitamin A as a potent antioxldant by means of the inhibition of the lipid peroxidation and increasing organism's ability to remove free radial could repair the peroxide damage of respiratory system and accelerate lung tissue repair,the rational therapeutical dose was 1 200 IU / kg.
