摘要 通过对10 mm厚的5A02铝合金板搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的宏观组织、微观组织及显微硬度的观察和分析,进一步明确搅拌摩擦焊接过程中的温度分布和热循环对焊缝组织特点及硬度分布的影响规律,对优化焊接工艺,减小焊接中的变形及焊后残余应力,控制焊缝接头的组织和性能,提高焊接质量,具有重要的实用价值。 The weld macrostructure,microstructure and micro-hardness were observed and analyzed after friction stir welding of 10mm-thick 5A02 aluminum alloys. The analysis further clarified the influence of temperature distribution and thermal cycling on weld macrostructure,microstructure and hardness distribution. This is significant for upgrading of the welding process,reduction of the welding deformation and residual stress,control of the weld structure and properties and improvement of the welding quality.
