摘要 为了使实验装置与现代工业化装置更为接近,让学生能了解更多的化工自动化和仪表测控技术,根据现有精馏实验装置实际情况,研制开发了具有先进的信号传感器和人工智能仪表,计算机在线采集和控制功能的DCS控制系统。在操作站软件界面,学生不仅可以了解本实验的工艺流程,对回流比大小、采出时间、釜残液排出液位进行设定,还可以在相对应部件位置实时观察实验过程当中流量、温度、塔釜压强、塔釜液位的变化。现此装置已应用于实验教学,测量过程中所得相关参数的稳定性、精确度都明显得到了提高,实验过程更稳定、易控。 According to the actual situation,DCS control system of experimental device of distillation with advanced signal sensor and artificial intelligence instrument,computer online collection and control function is researched,in order that the experimental device approach to the modern industrial device,and the students can understand more chemical industry automation and instrument measurement and control technology. At operation station software interface,the students can not only understand the process,and control reflux ratio,extracts time,discharging liquid level of tower bottom,but also observe real-time flow,temperature,pressure of the tower bottom,and liquid level of tower bottom in the corresponding components. The device was applied to the experimental teaching,the stability and accuracy of the measured parameters have been significantly improved. Experimental process is more stable and controllable.
