摘要
阐述了机构设计与拼装实验的重要性,基于CQJP-D机构运动方案创新设计实验台,研究了实验的教学方法。在实验的机构设计过程中要开拓学生思维的广度,提高学生思维的深度,提出了"无条件"设计的思想,并对机构的改进设计给出了指导方法;在机构拼装过程中,针对构件尺寸的确定,机构的干涉,给出了解决办法;在实验数据处理过程中,尤其注意机构中的对称部分和齿轮副的处理,给出了正确的自由度计算方法。实践结果表明,该实验教学调动了学生的积极性和兴趣,提高了学生的思维能力、综合设计能力和动手能力。
The importance of experiment of mechanism design and assembly was discussed. Designed innovative platform based on the CQJP-D mechanical movement scheme,and the teaching method of the experiment was researched. The mechanism design process should develop the span of thinking,improve the depth of thinking,and put forward the idea of unconditional design,and provide the supervising method to the mechanism improved design; in the process of mechanism assembly,according to the determination of component length and the mechanism interference,the solution was given; in the process of experiment data processing,the symmetric part and gear pair of mechanism should be paid great attention,and provide correct calculation method to calculate degree of freedom. The result shows that the experiment arouses students' enthusiasm and interests,improves students' thinking ability,comprehensive design ability and practical ability.
