摘要 在深入行业企业广泛调研的基础上,研究探讨了社会亟需的从事食品检测相关专业的人才培养目标。为加强学生专业技能、职业素养的培养,构建了适应高等职业教育特点、符合高等职业学生认知规律的实践教学体系,实施了"五阶段"的专业能力培养过程;按照"从简单到复杂、由单项到综合、前后连贯、逐步提升"的理念整合实践教学内容;探索课堂与实习地点一体化的教学活动组织方式,创新实践教学模式;同时,健全教学团队培养机制并完善实习实训基地运行模式,为培养社会需求的、高素质技能型食品检测类专门人才提供了保障。 Based on extensive research into enterprises,the training goal of the food inspection specialty was deeply studied. In order to strengthen students' professional skills training and occupation accomplishment,the practice teaching system of higher vocational education was constructed and the five stage professional ability training process was implemented. According to the "from simple to complex,from single to comprehensive,coherent,and gradually improve",the teaching content was integrated. Exploring the integration organization of classroom and practice location,the practice teaching model was innovated. At the same time,perfecting the mechanism of teaching team training and improving operating mode of the practice base,which provides guarantee for cultivating high-quality skilled food testing talents.
