创新型人才培养已经成为当今高等学校发展的主要目标之一。针对目前人才培养过程中凸显的问题,建设虚拟实践教育平台,从提高创新实践能力入手,是创新型人才培养的有效途径。在虚拟实践教育平台的建设过程中,强调学生的主动参与意识,建设内容分别从虚拟实践课程平台建设、虚拟实习平台建设以及虚拟实践教育平台系统建设三方面展开。虚拟实践教育平台的建设不仅能够增强学生的创新性思维能力和科研动手能力,提高学生的综合素质,更有利于创新型人才的培养与发展。

Innovative talent training is one of the main objectives of the development in universities.Aiming at the current problems of personnel training process,the construction of virtual practice education platform,innovative practices to improve the ability is an effective way of innovative talents. In the process of building a virtual practical education platform,the active participation in awareness of students is emphasized. The building practice course content can be set up from the virtual course platform,virtual internships platform and virtual education platform system construction three aspects,separately. The construction of virtual education platform can not only enhance students＇ creative thinking ability and scientific research ability,improve the overall quality of students,but also more conducive to the cultivation and development of innovative talents.
